Sarah Bledsoe - Media Coordinator

Sarah is the wife of CICA past president, Wil Bledsoe. She lived on the Front Range until moving to the Bledsoe family’s ranch in Wild Horse in 2017. Sarah has a background in marketing, and is honored to be able to use her skills in the fight for the Colorado independent cattlegrower.

Janell Reid - Membership Coordinator

Janell and her husband, John, are founding CICA members. She has served the organization in many capacities including treasurer, internship coordinator, convention chair, and now as membership coordinator. Janell and John live on their ranch in Ordway with their son and his family.

Rachel Sanburg - 2025 Summer Intern

Rachel is from Bayfield in the southwest corner of Colorado. She grew up on a small farm with sheep, goats, cattle, and just about any other farm animal she could get her hands on. She is currently majoring in Animal Science with a concentration in Pre-Veterinary Medicine at CSU, and plans to find a career in livestock reproductive sciences. She has already received a certificate in Bovine Artificial Insemination, and is working with producers in the Fort Collins/Ault area this summer to gain experience with embryo transfer as well as AI on horses and sheep/goats. Rachel is very thankful for this opportunity to work as an intern for the CICA, and looks forward to gaining more experience working with the organization.
