Sarah Bledsoe - Media Coordinator

Sarah is the wife of CICA past president, Wil Bledsoe. She lived on the Front Range until moving to the Bledsoe family’s ranch in Wild Horse in 2017. Sarah has a background in marketing, and is honored to be able to use her skills in the fight for the Colorado independent cattlegrower.

Janell Reid - Membership Coordinator

Janell and her husband, John, are founding CICA members. She has served the organization in many capacities including treasurer, internship coordinator, convention chair, and now as membership coordinator. Janell and John live on their ranch in Ordway with their son and his family.

Carli Carter - 2024 Summer Intern

Carli Carter is a southern Colorado native, growing up in the Arkansas Valley where her father and grandfather run the small family farm where she grew up. In high school, was involved in the FFA chapter where served as the chapter Vice President and state runner up in extemporaneous speaking. In May of 2023, Carli graduated as Valedictorian from Crowley County Jr./Sr. High School while also receiving her Associates of Arts from Otero College. This spring, she finished up her first year at West Texas A&M University where she majors in Agricultural Media and Communications. She is learning both the details of the agricultural industry as well as practical skills in journalism, broadcasting, and marketing. She expects to finish her bachelor’s degree next year and will begin looking for a full-time position in the agricultural industry.
